Biography
Cyndee has been in the dental profession for 35 years. She began her career as an RDA, moving to front office and eventually managed a multi-doctor practice while attending dental hygiene school. Immediately following Dental Hygiene school, she went on to study Business Administration and Marketing. In 2004, Cyndee launched her global company as founder and CEO of sclaer2schedule Elite Hygiene. Her Upscaling Hygiene, Hygiene C.E.O.© and Wellness.Driven.Dentistry.™ systems are designed to create healthy patients and drive immediate success encompassing the entire dental practice through a high-level and team-orientated model.
Her Career as a dental hygienist has been on the clinical forefront and has taken her into classrooms as an educator, overseas as an international dental practice management advisor, and international speaker. Her five-star comprehensive approach to the profession of dentistry is heavily influenced by her uncompromising focus on patient experience and the delivery of care.
